Inside the project "Scout" ( taken place in the school year 2001/2002) the primary school of Amelia- Terni- Italy, represented the tragedy "Romeo and Juliet" by W. Shakespeare.

Involved subjects:

  • Two 4 classes of primary school with 31 students

  • 3 teachers

  • 1 tutor-director (Corrado Sorbara)

  • 2 hours of week laboratory( from October to April )

  • 4 in the weeks before the representation

  • Teatro Sociale of Amelia for the test and the performance.

Aims of the project:

  • To use a form of unconventional communication

  • To strengthen verbal, mimic, musical, iconic languages

  • To develop the relational bonds

  • To stimulate critical and creative capacities

  • To bring about a behaviour of searching, characterised by the inseparability project-production

  • To acquire  specific and particular techniques
